The London
London on the Esplanade is a complex with 2 towers located at located at 38 The Esplanade, close to the corner of Front Street and Yonge Street. With seven underground parking garage levels and once again near impossible downtown logistics this project presented many challenges to the C.I.P. Group. The 34-storey West tower and 17-storey east tower each have complex rooftop designs that distinguish them from the surrounding downtown buildings. The towers are joined by a 5-storey podium containing 2-storey lofts, amenities and ground-floor retail shops.
