Metrogate
Construction of this landmark green neighbourhood located at Kennedy Road and Hwy. 401 in Scarborough is now well under way with the Solaris twin towers and Townhomes at Metrogate complete, and Ventus at Metrogate currently under construction. CIP Group has been an integral part of this Tridel Built Green. Built for Life.® community development performing concrete formwork, placing and reinforcing steel placing for all 5 phases so far.
Bell Lightbox / Festival Tower
At the corner of King and John in downtown Toronto a major Canadian landmark was constructed to house the Toronto International Film Festival, North America’s premier film festival. Named the Bell Lightbox, it includes four small cinemas, exhibition space, a film reference library, and festival staff offices (14,200 m2). Integrated into the structure, the Festival Tower, a 39,640 m2, 380-unit condo apartment building, rises above the podium.

The London
London on the Esplanade is a complex with 2 towers located at located at 38 The Esplanade, close to the corner of Front Street and Yonge Street. With seven underground parking garage levels and once again near impossible downtown logistics this project presented many challenges to the C.I.P. Group. The History of CIP Group
Born over 60 years ago amidst the classical beauty of the Italian landscape, Serafino Paglia immigrated to Toronto at the age of 16, with high hopes for a better future for himself and his future family. A strong work ethic coupled with a passion for the construction process helped him become a job-site foreman soon thereafter. His carpentry and layout skills mastered and with a firm understanding of all other trades on site, Serafino enjoyed the daily challenges of concrete construction and gained a wealth of experience with different construction techniques and methods by working all across the country.
